Returns Policy

Designed By the Boys, has a 30-day Return Policy is in place. That means you have up to 30 days after receiving your product to lodge a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the following criteria; 

  • In the same condition as when the product arrived.
  • Be unworn/unused with tags on.
  • In original packaging.
  • Be accepted by our team as our manufacturer

IF your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Note: Items that are returned without lodging a return request will not be accepted. We do not refund orders based on buyers remorse, change of mind or wrong size (please take careful note when you order you have selected the correct size as we DO NOT refund if YOU have ordered the wrong size)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issues.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products purchased on ‘Limited Discount days’ (eg: Black Friday or Boxing Day) or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Note for EU Customers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore our supplier, Printful, reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. 

Note: Individual banks may have their own different processing times for returns.  Designed by the Boys only has control over our own refund processing times, and may be longer than expected.
